Run Small?

I placed the order a month ago and did not know the shoes were OOS that had to wait for a month. I was excited to try them on then I found the shoes run small? I ordered one size bigger from what I learned from my experience with On shoes (I have another On shows in one size bigger that fit me well). However, it seems like those shoes I just received run small and narrow in the same size I got another On shoes. (I even have narrow feet). I don't know if I should exchange them to two size bigger...
