Terrible

Bought these sneakers for my grandson, he wore 2 months and they fell apart. Now On Cloud says it will take up to a month to review the submitted claim, which means they will no longer fit. Also Bloomingdales does stand behind the brands they sell. Window closed for returns they said. Terrible customer service
