Great addition

I’m a huge olaplex fan so so have to give every product a try, I use the leave in conditioner just on my ends after olaplex shampoo and conditioner and finds it’s gives a real added boost of strength and shine compared to without it. I also find it great to use after swimming as it really helps to hydrate (and banish the chlorine smell!) and nourish. Another win from Olaplex :)

Does what it says

Received a sample of this from my other purchase. The conditioner does give a softer touch to my hair and I can feel that my hair is stronger after using it. I like that it's texture is not too heavy even for my fine hair. However, the effect is not as consistent as I expect. After I stopped using it, my hair goes back to the previous condition in a very short period of time. I like the effect of the product but would definitely expect the result to be a bit more long lasting.

Great

I enjoy to use this product whenever my hair needs an extra bit of help to look healthy. For me it a fine balance to use enough but not too much product. As hair can easily become heavy and slightly tacky to the touch if too much product is used. Still I will repurchase! It improves my split ends.

Not for my hair

It's a thicker cream consistency, so you only need a tiny bit but I found it still too heavy for my fine hair and it really weighed my hair down. I don't find it does much and it's not something I would repurchase or reach over the Olaplex hair oil. It also didn’t really detangle my hair and I found it made my hair quite greasy and stiff but I do have very fine straight hair so it’s probably my hair type that the product

best leave in

Olaplex No. 5 leave-in conditioner leaves my hair incredibly soft, smooth, and easy to manage. It helps with frizz and dryness without feeling heavy. A little goes a long way, and it pairs perfectly with the No. 4 shampoo. Pricey, but great for damaged or color-treated hair.

My favorite

One of my favorite products. It leaves my hair feeling super soft and makes my curls look healthy, shiny, and more defined. I like that I can’t even feel that there’s product in my hair. This leave in conditioner paired with the #7 oil works like magic. This is a must in my routine

Not as good as their normal contidioner

I love their original conditioner, so I bought this one for days when I am a bit in a rush. However, it doesn't do anything for my hair. It doesn't even help detangle my hair and it is not softer than applying no conditioner. Quite disappointed considering it's way more expensive. As a positive, it didn't weight my hair down and it didn't leave it feeling greasy. So this might not have worked for me but it could work for other people

Completely transformed my hair - 10/10!

About 5 weeks ago I went to the hair dressers to have my hair bleached from 15 years worth of black box dye to light auburn brown. It completely destroyed my hair and I lost half my fringe through so much damage! A friend recommended Olaplex and my hair has improved so much since I bought it 3 weeks ago. I did my research and started with the no 5 leave in conditioner, and even after the first use I was shocked by the amazing results. My hair instantly felt moisturised, healthier and less damaged. After 3 weeks of use, combined with their no4 shampoo and no5 conditioner (which I bought as I liked this product so much!) - my hair has improved lots. It isn’t as damaged, frizzy and has actually started to grow back, rather than constantly breaking off at the ends through damage. If you aren’t sure how to start your Olaplex journey and you have damaged hair then definately start with this product and see how you go. Overall I am thrilled with the results so far, the products aren’t cheap but I really do believe you get what you pay for, 10/10!
