Perfect stroller for busy moms!

I was looking for a lighter stroller to use everyday and leave in my car. The Nuna trvl is perfect for that. It is small, light and folds compact. I’m so glad it doesn’t take up my whole trunk and opens easily with one click!

No customer service or Replacement parts

Nuna does not sell any replacement parts. The stroller is great but when something breaks you will be out of luck. I use the stroller with the nuna infant car seat everyday. We were traveling and the airline broke the arm bar in half. Now we are unable to use the stroller with the car seat. The arm bar is a removable piece of the stroller so I contacted Nuna to buy a new one. They said, “ We regret to inform you that our spare parts for sale are currently out of stock, and we do not have an estimated arrival time for new inventory.” I recommend buying a brand that has any kind of support of their products

Obsessed

Just used for the first time and omg I want to make it my main stroller. It’s so lightweight, easy to navigate, yet large wheels for an easy ride for baby. My favorite part, being able to use the peek-a-boo flap at the top of the shade, and can we appreciate how far down the shade goes!! Especially if you have a Nuna car seat, this is a no brained

Initially great but overall not worth it

We purchased this stroller and really loved it at first. However, the brake broke within 3 months of us purchasing it (with regular gentle use and using the nuna travel bag when gate checked). We contacted Nuna customer service and were told we had to disassemble our stroller, send back the frame and then wait for another one to be mailed to us. This would leave us without a stroller for an extended period of time and is not the kind of customer service I would expect from a luxury baby product company. We asked them if they could send us a replacement first (and even put a hold on our credit card) and they would not do it. We were about to purchase another one of their carseats, but we will no longer be purchasing any other Nuna products based on this experience. We are really disappointed.

Great stroller pipa car seat fits easily. Super light, by far the easiest to fold that I have ever used, wheels turn easily
