Disapointed!
I have used a mini for years and loved it until it just stopped working. I got this mini to replace it (QVC). I think I either got a dud or the quality of the devices has gone down. This mini is not doing anything my skin; at all after weeks of using it. All the improvement I got from my first mini is gone. The beep sound is very low and at irregular spaced beeps. There's a weird vibration, what's that supposed to do? Very disappointed!!

Disappointed about the nose it makes
My husband bought me this device as a birthday gift. I was excited about it and I charged it for a day to try it on. Unfortunately the device might not be working properly for me because it beeps every 6 seconds. It’s really annoying and I’m gonna return it. I read that the noise could be cause it lacks proper charge, but after charging it for a whole day I don’t think this could be the case. Awful experience buying my first device. I was thinking bout getting the smaller one for eyes and mouth wrinkles de ice but after this I really don’t want to deal with this brand anymore.

Love device. Despise in-app treatment controls.
I have been using this device for nearly two years. I have reviewed it before--the NuFace really works and I swear by its results. HOWEVER.... Please, NuFace, develop a version of the Mini+ that has treatment mode buttons on the device! When I want to change between treatment modes I am required to pair my device with my phone, which frequently doesn't work. (This is a glitch with the app or the device, because it's quite easy to pair when it's working.) When this happens, NuFace advises either completely removing the app from your phone, shutting your phone off and on, and reinstalling. If that doesn't work, you have to set your NuFace back to factory settings. By the time you have done all of this, you might be short on time and no longer able to do the treatment you planned. The clear and obvious solution is to give users the ability to change between treatment modes without connecting to an app. We stare at our phones enough. I am hoping that this improvement comes with the next version, as I will not be upgrading to the Trinity+ until this is rectified...

Haven't noticed change
I am 40 yo, I bought this because I have some mild forehead wrinkles and noticed my jaw line is not as defined as I would like. I have been using this daily for the past 2 weeks and I don't notice any change at all. The only thing I will say is that after I use the devise my face feels slightly deputed but that is probably due to the slight massage you get by running the devise on your face. I will continue to use my devise in hopes I see some sort of change.

See some change 64 yr old Jersey Girl
Purchased and have been using the 5-minute facelift process-definitely see some changes in my skin and neck muscles using the mini+-would like to see more of a change around the mouth area. Only certain apps can be used with specific models so that is a disappointment.

Mini - very glitchy
Bought it about a month ago and it constantly disconnects from my phone which means I can’t watch the tutorial and log the sessions without uninstalling and repairing. It’s a very time consuming process

Very pleased!
I’ve had this for a little over a month. Very pleased overall. I think the benefit is subtle to others looking at me but I notice. My face feels more toned and lifted. It's also a strange mental benefit- when looking at myself I focus on noticing youthful features after using the product rather than dwelling on the aging aspects of my face. Unfortunately, it has stopped pairing w the app. I have not troubleshooted that aspect yet though.
