Nordic WareNaturals Big Sheet Pan

I love this particular pan. I already have 2 of them. If I use it for anything other than baked items like cookies. I line it with parchment paper to protect my pans and make clean up easier. I use it to bake blackened fish with and it cooks so evenly.

Please make a snap on lid for the Big Sheet. This pan is so awesome, it's the perfect size for my home bakery, but I need to be able to store it with a lid. 4 stars because there's no lid to fit.

I bought 2 baking pans. Absolutely love them. Baking time is faster when the pans are this large. High quality. I'll never need to buy another baking pan.

I am a home baker and own SIX of these pans (and half dozen in a smaller size as well). They are my favorite by far. They allow for maximum amount of product to be perfectly baked, while still fitting in a conventional home oven. I am leaving a comment to echo the others…we need snap on lids for this size! 5 stars on the pan itself. 4 for the fact that this size doesn’t have a snap on lid option. Most people using this size pan would certainly prefer to have a cover, not only for storage, but stacking and moving this quantity around.

This is a really great product. I have only used it for baking cookies, butI am sure it has endless possibilities.

I have some Nordic Ware baking sheets that I have had forever and love them. I bought some for my daughter not realizing that the company had, at some point in time, started embossing their logo on the baking surface. If you don't use parchment paper for everything, eventually, you can't get the embossed part clean. The baking pans still bake well, it's just gross to have a bacteria trap on the surface of the pan. Please take the embossed logo off of the top side of the pan.
