Reliable & Sturdy

The pan is pretty sturdy. I use it a few times a week in the oven, and it gets the job done pretty well. The clean up process is very easy as well.

Nordic Load Pan

This loaf pan worked great in making meat loaf. I was able to lift the meat out and let the grease drain so no extra fat. Wonderful.

So worth it!

Nordic Ware is the premier choice for any bakeware, and I own a lot of pieces. I've struggled for years pouring off the grease from meatloaf and not having the loaf slip out of the pan. This pan design is excellent! If you cook meatloaf often, splurge and buy this! The loaf cooks so much better with this design. You will spend a little extra effort cleaning this carefully afterwards than a smooth loaf pan, but the results are worth it.
