NOT THE SAME SHIRT

I ordered NN047 Julio Embroidered Long Sleeve Regular Fit Shirt, what I received was a shirt with olive and brown color way and not the bright purple color way. I talked to a service rep and was told return the shirt and he would notate to have the one on the website to be sent. What did I get back? the same dark olive colored one. The item number is the same for both shirts, so I'm wondering if it is the way it is photographed but this is available on other sites with the same bright color way. So, what is going on with this shirt, are there two different colors for this shirt? Bloomingdale's always makes mistakes like this. I will not order anything again, too much trouble!!
