Great froth and ground coffee maker , not the kcup
Design is nice, the frothing is fun, coffee made with ground is rich and smooth coffee (love it) . But, the k cup doesn't work well at all. The grounds spill all over each time and once it exploded hot water and grounds at least 3 feet radius, what a mess. So now I just buy grounds.

Doesn’t meet my expectations
There is a recurring issue with the coffee maker model I currently possess, which was provided as a replacement unit. The original coffee maker I purchased experienced a significant malfunction approximately six months into its use. Your team graciously provided a complimentary replacement for this unit. However, I must regrettably inform you that this second appliance has also begun to exhibit considerable operational deficiencies shortly after its deployment. Despite my diligent efforts to resolve these issues by performing all recommended troubleshooting and maintenance procedures—including comprehensive descaling and clearing of the brewing needle—the machine now consistently requires an unacceptably prolonged period, often exceeding twenty minutes, to brew a single cup of coffee. This level of operational inefficiency, coupled with the frequent and intensive maintenance protocols inherent to this particular model, renders it fundamentally incompatible with my daily routine. My professional commitments necessitate a reliable, efficient, and low-maintenance appliance. The recurring operational challenges and the extensive time commitment required for troubleshooting and upkeep are simply not practical for my lifestyle.

Excellent coffee maker
I love all Ninja products, this company amazing me. The Ninja cofee maker works well, very easy to use, the coffee is strong and tasteful. The delivery was fast, i loved the package and the fact they put a note on the top,, fragile'' for the delivery driver.

Careful! It attracts ants!
I have been using this product for a couple months, everything seemed to be doing ok until I found some tiny ants in the coffeemaker. This coffeemaker sits in the exact same spot as my keurig used to sit. My exterminator said these ants are due to moisture in the area and to clean the coffee maker and "set it in the sun to dry everything out!" I did that and brought it back inside to use. The same thing happened after a few days of use! Apparently the design leaves so much moisture in the workongnpartnofnthe machine that tiny ants build their nests in there! For clarification, every time I use the machine, I take the pod holder out and rinse it and put it on my drying rack. I let the lid open to air out and I am still having problems with these ants!! I have had several different models of Keurig coffee makers over the ten years I have lived here and I have never had a problem like this before. I would not recommend this unit to anyone!

It's the best!!
I have to say, this is the best coffee maker invented. I hope we never lose this one!! So many thoughtful items with storage for the k cup holder/ grounds filter. So easy to maintain too. The amount of water it holds, how fast and quiet it is! Wow. I just can't say enough about it. Thank you for making the perfect machine!!

Damaged counter top
We just bought this yesterday. Filled up the water reservoir for the next morning. The reservoir was definitely seated all the way. The next morning i went out to make coffee and water had leaked all over the counter and damaged my counter top. It expanded the wood underneath and now i will need to replace my countertop. I will be getting a lawyer for the damages if not properly handled. I have pictures and im having a contractor out today to give me an estimate. STOP MAKING THIS PRODUCT!!!! ITS AWFUL AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF IT.

Great coffee maker
Love this coffee maker, so easy to use and clean and now I'm hooked on Latte's or Cappuccino's, don't know the difference, so the woman who said the machine exploded her K-cup and got grounds all over ( and posted pictures) this couldn't possibly happen except it wasn't closed properly, there is no way this could happen if it was closed properly.
