DANGEROUS! do not buy!
I bought this in March of 2025, and at first, I was absolutely in love with it. The option to add my own coffee grounds or use pods was great! But 7 months in, my husband added a pod and it LITERALLY blew up, when I say blew up, Coffee EVERYWHERE... out every single crack, all over my kitchen, down the cabinets, on the floor. We thought at first it must have just been the pod was bad. So we cleaned it really well, ran it through a cleaning cycle several times, cleaned every single part, etc. Let it completely dry, and tried again. NOPE, round two did the same thing. So disappointing from a NInja product. I cannot recommend this product, it is dangerous and not well made.

Not happy
I've had my Ninja only 2 months and it's exploding coffee grounds everywhere. I clean it all the time etc. It's still doing it. I love my ninja products but not happy with this one.

Pressure issue
Almost love the blue but wish more blue would show.. it has more of a gray to it. It works great! I had to have it replaced because the previous one ended up with pressure issue and it kept blowing the tops off the coffee pods no matter what brand I used. We will see if this one has ends up with the same problem!

Defective
I bought this coffee maker two years ago. It failed after one year. I am one person making one cup per day. The Ninja failed to totally brew even a half cup of coffee. I tried everything the manual suggested for trouble shooting. I even watched YouTube videos. Nothing worked. Hundreds of others had the same problem. Unless this defect has been corrected I wouldn't purchase another Ninja single pod coffeemaker.

Won’t brew on first try
I’ve been having an issue with it actually making the coffee. I hit brew, it restarts. I have to do this 5 or 6 times before it will actually brew my coffee. It started off great. I only had this machine about 2 months.
