Defective pitcher
Works well but the pitcher suddenly cracked during use for no apparent reason. I was blending frozen fruit and protein powder and the pitcher busts a crack while I’m standing there looking right at it. It was so bizarre. I’ve had two other ninja blenders I wore out and I was enjoying this one. Three months of occasional weekend use and this happens!? I need a new pitcher! This one was obviously defective.

DONT BUY!
This thing is supposed to have twice the power of my old one and has a hard time even making a smoothie. I thought I was buying the most up-to-date one they had and it turns out that it’s already out of date the moment I got it. The blades and extra parts are already discontinued and out of stock. This is the last ninja I will ever buy. This is the second Ninja device. Where This has happened to me. The first one is on them. This one is on me, but it won’t happen a third time. So I have to say don’t buy any Ninja because you don’t know if you’re buying something that’s already discontinued.

Better than Vitamix
This is the best blender I have ever used, and I have tried a lot of blenders over the years. In my opinion, it is WAY better than vitamix and you can’t beat the price!

Best decision I made!
This blender is amazing. Most of the standard blenders don't have the power to process smoothies and butters. And it's so worth the cost compared to the higher priced Vitamix blenders.
