Look great, not very comfortable

These sneakers look very stylish, but as other reviewers have stated, they are not very comfortable. The arch support feels hard. I typically wear 9.5 in sneakers but sized down based on recommendations. Even if I sized up they would have fit better in the front, but the arch firmness would still be a no go.

I love these but I had to order them online 3 different times in order to get the correct size only for the soles to slip out of them.
