Nope. Why would you change a great shoe? The 990v5 has the support people need. If we wanted squishy foam we can always go to Hoka. This is not a stability shoe with the support New Balance is known for. Trash.

MASSIVE tongue will rub a hole in your skin
This shoe is not like the previous "Made in the USA" shoe that I hoped it would replace. The MASSIVE tongue rubs the front of my ankle and will quickly rub a hole in my skin. Unfortunately I will have to return them and begin the hunt for a decent replacement made in the USA. It does not look like the picture. The tongue rises 2" beyond the top shoelace hole. I tried to attach a picture where offered inthe website, but it would not "stick".

Great shoes for narrow long feet.
Fit narrow feet well. Comfortable. I have long narrow feet and these are perfect for me. I’ve bought them 4 times. Worth the money.

cute shoe, hoping it helps my tarsal tunnel syndrome. Feels pretty good so far though there is very littlw cushion in the ball of the foot.

V6 not at all the same as V5. Super disappointing!
Very uncomfortable mainly because of the tong being too long; also the fit is very different from the V5 that I had enjoyed for many years. So, so disappointed that I had to return them

well see how long they hold up.
I wear arthritics in my shoes so we'll see how long they hold . I was very pleased with the ones I used to get.They were 804 for some reason , they don't make them no more. So now i'm trying these , I hope they hold up.
