Not the most comfortable sneaker...
I was excited about purchasing a pair of classic and iconic New Balance shoes. I think they look great for casual wear, but I find them to be very uncomfortable. The soles feel very stiff, even after wearing them at work for a full week. The website does not report the heel to toe drop, but it seems abnormally high, almost like wearing heels. I normally wear a women's size 12, which is what I ordered, however, I found that these run a tad small. My toes are definitely at the front of the show with little wiggle room.

I switched from vans to new balance
These are so comfortable I was a vans sneaker wearer for years but as a teenager I also wore these but I’m up in age almost 50 and switched from vans to new balance for the comfort I walk better and feel safe in these plus there stylish that’s a plus

Okay but not great
The tongue on the shoe is so puffy. Not like the other 574s at all. I have at least 4 pairs of 574 and love all except this one. Cute colors but terrible design.

Love the color!
I really like the color (I got marmalade/yellow) which is why I picked this version of the 574s. The only thing which I have seen on some other reviews is sort of the open/exposed foam on the tongue. Also the tongue lays a little strange when you actually tie the laces but it might be for comfort reasons so still giving them 4 stars!
