Five times a charm!

First order was shipped and I received an empty diffuser box. The 2nd package was sent with the incorrect fragrance. 3rd UPS damaged in transit and discarded. 4th was picked up in the store, package was leaking as it was stored on its side. Sales associate went above and beyond to locate another in the store but it was missing the diffuser sticks. It took about 15 minutes to locate. On the up side....it's a great looking/smelling product when you do receive.
