Warm, nutty cocoa goodness.
As with most Nest candles, this one has tremendous throw and a clean burn as long as you keep the wicks short. I am not a fan of fig as a note in candles / fragrances but I adore pistachio. For this reason, I read a lot of reviews for this candle prior to purchasing and reviewers commented on the strong cocoa note. I then decided to go in-store to sniff rather than blind-buy, and other reviewers correct, however, you never know how the fragrance will morph once lit. I got it home, lit it and indeed, cocoa seems to be the predominant note. This is a rich, warm nutty / buttery cocoa with no discernable fig notes. I am in love. It is also POWERFUL so if you are burning in a smaller room, I would opt for the single wick. Even in a large room however, the throw on the 3 wick is exemplary! This will be in my re-buy rotation for sure.

Disappointed !
Not what I expected. Smells like chocolate. I don’t detect any other pleasant notes from this candle. Not up to Nest’s usual quality or uniqueness. Would not recommend.

My new favorite Fall scent
I am obsessed with this new fragrance! It is deliciously decadent with a wonderfully rich depth. The scent permeated my entire 850 square foot apartment and lingered for hours after burning! I desperately wish they would release this as a perfume as I’d happily buy and wear it.

Not the scent I expected
The scent is very strong but I don’t care for it. I work with pistachio nuts and I thought it smelled like stale nuts. I wish the maple and rum scent was stronger. I love the grapefruit, lime and lemon but not this one lm and the lemon.

Candle scent
I had high hopes but was disappointed. I love all of the other scents but this just smelled like a chocolate bar. Even my family made me put it away.
