When trying to purchase diffusers/bundles/candles there is no information as to how much quantity is in certain items. Is the diffuser with the refill bundle a smaller diffuser - how many ounces is the candle? Simple info not provided. Ridiculous.

I started out using all the sticks but it was too intense. I removed half the sticks but it was still too strong. The fragrance wasn’t what I had expected but my housekeeper liked it so I gave it to her

Really nice soap but don't like the new bottles

Great quality soaps, been using then for years But the new bottles are boring and cheap looking, I might stop buying them because part of the appeal to me was to have a nice looking bottle in the powder room, really disappointed in this change, see pic of old (on left) vs new

Fresh scent & long life

While this candle appears to be quite small it provided soothing and functional ambient lighting for around a month when enjoyed while dining every other evening. The fragrance is both airy and light while the design of the holder is both modern and sheek.

Obnoxious markup by Blue mercury

I bought 3 of the 3-wick as gifts - $95 each. Candle is great but later discovered Nest sells them for $10 less. Obnoxious markup by Blue Mercury, I feel taken advantage of and won’t shop here again when there are so many other places to buy the same products.
