Two strikes….new machine please
I just purchased this machine after having the original model for about 8 years. The red light kept appearing and had to call customer service several times. They recommended several things to try but still continue to have issues. I’m quite disappointed with this newer model. On the bright side when the machine works appropriately the espresso is amazing.

LOVE THE NEW SIZES
We have had a Vertuo Next Deluxe for almost a year now. We love it! Each family member can chose their favorite coffee and size. We also have the original Nespresso coffee maker and that's the reason we decided to get this one. Now, we have all the choices available. We have been Nespresso users for almost ten years.

Gorgeous rose gold
