Web ID: 3672841I’ve been using this product for about two weeks when the problem started: roughly one out of every two or three capsules doesn’t brew properly. Instead of dispensing coffee into the cup, it leaks inside the machine. It doesn’t happen every time, so I cleaned it and kept using it for about two months, but the issue continued. Yesterday I called the service center. They asked me to record a video showing the cleaning process and sent me a link. After cleaning, I checked for water leakage — of course there was none, because the malfunction only happens when a capsule is inserted and the coffee flows inside the machine. This morning the very first capsule leaked inside again. Cleaning the spilled coffee is very time-consuming because it spreads throughout the internal parts. Despite this being a machine defect, the exchange process is complicated and inconvenient, and I have wasted many capsules.

Poor quality
I was disappointed in the quality of this model. The inside where it should lift the pod and dispose of it in the bin didn't even pick the pod up. The arms of it are cheap plastic not metal like I've seen on older models. I since returned the machine.

Don’t Bother
So disappointed. Had continued issue with water pump malfunction. Had to send 2 back while in warranty. Now the 3rd one has kicked it in too! Previously I had an original Citi and had it for 6 years before it had to be retired. Now I’m wondering is it worth getting it repaired. Or to just try something else. When the coffee machines were made of metal that was great but since it changed to recycled plastic quality has been sacrificed. Yes I get trying to be sustainable but at what expense? Then amount of returns due to faulty parts is adding to the landfill, which you guys pride on trying to reduce.

Descaling process way too confusing
I like the machine but the instructions given to descale do NOT work! I had to go online to get instructions that actually worked. I wish the descaling process was simpler like Keurig machines. I can’t understand why there’s so many multiple steps that you can never remember. Please make descaling simple or give better instructions!

Dont buy it
I bought this TWO months ago and now it’s not working I called nespresso because it has a warranty they sent me a refurbished one that makes so much noise and vibrates and it slow when making the coffee looks like someone had issues with it and they tried fixing it and gave it to me which I don’t want. Never again will I buy a nespresso.
