I absolutely love my new all white Nespresso. I had an older model before and honestly, it wasn’t the cutest thing on my counter.. but this new white one is so much nicer. The white and chrome look really clean and match my kitchen, so now I get great coffee and a machine I actually like looking at. It’s been super easy to use. I saw some reviews saying they had issues, but I haven’t run into anything like that. Mine has worked perfectly so far-- great coffee every time… and I may or may not admire how well it matches my kitchen each morning. Ha!

Love our Vertuo Next. The best tasting coffee especially with the crema, variety of flavors & espressos! This is our second machine and bought the white with gold trim, it’s gorgeous.

Love the foam! Love the look.
I experienced Nespresso in vacation with family over the holidays. I loved the taste, the foam, and this was with no creamer! I came home and purchased a Nespresso the following day. It’s been 3 weeks and still loving it! I replaced my Keurig.i purchased the Virtuo Next in cream with gold trim.

Leaked straight out of the box
Bought this brand new as our Evoluo finally succumbed to the bearing ring. Straight out of the box, the Next leaked nearly the entire tank even after being reseated and inspected. Faulty from the box. Now we busy professionals need to return the Next and determine which machine has the least number of problems and best longevity. Expected more from Nespresso.

Not my favorite
I don’t like how the lid locks. It does not feel as well built as my other Nespresso coffee and espresso makers.

Disappointing and not long lived
I bought this machine about two years ago, have done regular maintenance, and don’t use it excessively, even going a week or two between uses at times. However, the number of times my machine has decided to break down is egregious. It should not be this difficult to maintain. It has fully stopped working just 2 months after my two year anniversary of getting the machine. Extremely disappointed.

Fussy and Not Well Built.
This is my 3rd Nespresso machine and the worst one so far. My last machine stopped making espresso, and there were issues with the lid sticking. I fully expected the Vertuo Next to be an upgrade, but it feels cheap and it’s difficult to close and lock the lid. The crema is not as creamy, but at least it makes espresso. Not sure how long it will last? I looked at Breville, and unless you are wanting to open a coffee shop (high end machines are pricey), their only available machine is the Vertuo Next. I sure hope Nespresso ups their game soon. The pods are too expensive to use with a crappy machine.
