As part of your Vertuo machine’s maintenance, we recommend you follow the first-time use steps at least once a week, to rinse away any granule buildup in the head of your machine, and as part of your Aeroccino3 Milk Frother machine’s maintenance, we recommend after every froth, you wipe out the milk residue with a damp cloth and rinse out the machine with cold water from the tap, until it is cool to the touch.

One of the best purchases I have ever made.

Just purchased my first virtual machine and I am absolutely blown away. I love everything about it. From how quiet it is to how delicious the coffee is. I have been using the original line for the last 10 years and resisted making the upgrade because I thought the capsules were expensive. Turns out it’s worth every penny. I’ve had coffee that taste better than the best coffee shops in San Francisco and Seattle, right here in my kitchen. Could not recommend the virtuous system anymore. If you can afford it, go for it.

Still going strong after 6 years!

Bought my Vertuo Chrome machine back in 2019 and it's still going strong! Runs like a champ, plus I do the regular cleanings and descaling. The only beef I have is that it doesn't brew cups larger than 8 oz. When this one dies I will buy one that takes the XL size pods! Mama needs her big coffees in the morning!
