Just what we needed
This is our second machine - we wore out the first one after 7 years of daily use. Bought it for the lattes but use it for coffee as well. As long as you clean it after every use and do the required scale removal, it will serve you well. We also have a Jura and a Nespresso Vertuo - we're big coffee drinkers.

Wonderful coffee maker
Replaced out old Nespresso of 6 years. Love, love, love the milk dispenser!! Beautiful on our countertop and has a slightly smaller profile than our last Nespresso

Love this machine
Super easy, and makes delicious coffee. It makes a variety of drinks well, and clean up is a breeze. It has lasted years with little maintenance. Could not be happier.

The best home automatic machine
The best home machine, I love lates in the morning. This machine makes them with ease. Having a milk cartridge to store in the refrigerator that is AUTOMATIC is wonderful. We had the old version of this machine for 10 years, and shopped for a new machine only to find it was still the best choice.

Disappointing
Bought this after my original Latissima finally gave out after years. Easy to use but doesn’t have heat adjustment and I find the coffee and milk don’t get hot enough. Some parts of the milk frothing jug are difficult to get apart for cleaning. Also this machine requires descaling much more often than my old one - around every 3 months. Disappointed in this machine.
Worth it
Highly recommend. The quality is stellar. One-button drinks are convenient and also quite tasty!

As part of your machine’s maintenance, we recommend a daily cleaning, always eject the capsule about 5 seconds after the brew completes to keep the capsule cage clean of residue, use a clean damp cloth and mild cleaning agent to clean the surface of the machine. Descale your Lattissima Pro accordingly to the descaling alert and the set water hardness. What a great way to become a Master Barista from the comfort of your own home.
