disappointed former DeLonghi fan

For twelve years I had a De' Longhi espresso machine. It was wonderful. When it ceased to work I purchased this model. I should have sent it back immediately. You can only make one cappuccino and then must clean device to make a second. In addition the frother does not work unless you press and hold milk container against machine. This was a waste of money.

I have the lattissma. It has been back for repair twice under warranty Nespresso refused to replace it with a new one the second time. Very disappointed in this product and Nespresso. They did say I would get free coffee with repaired machine but that didn’t happen either I now wonder how long before it stops working again. I would avoid buying this product from my experience
