What I received was not what was in the description profile. This is not a 3”, more so of 1 in. And the middle of the topper was flat, barely any filling. When trying go to fluff it, made no difference. Was charged mattress recycling fee although did not recycle any mattresses. And no where in the return section does it state a restocking fee if returned. I was disappointed for this is not Bloomingdale’s quality product and have had to call customer service in Philippines and Columbia to understand all these fees associated with purchase and return.
