Fancy polka dot blouse

The blouse is so poppy, summery, light but dressy! Bought it to wear to a wedding party. It complimented the wide cream color pants I’ve chosen. The material is very pretty and the silhouette stays as it should without losing a form. I could definitely dress it down but it is a beautiful option for a formal, more dressy look!
