DO NOT ORDER! specially from Bloomingdales

So unhappy w Bloomingdale's. I order this chair and afer my husband brought it up to the second floor, we realized it was damage. Took many phone calls Bloomingdales and them re ordering the chair and two attempts for USPS to pick up the damage chair because the shipping label that Bloomingdale sent me did not match what UPS had! we finally received a new chair to realize when I was sitting on the floor. The whole base was cracked! I can't even imagine if I was seating the chair with my child and it cracked! I have not even used the chair!!! again had to spend over an hour on the phone with Bloomingdale's to try to get some sort of discount for this chair who then was going to give me a gift card which I do not want a gift card I want it back on my credit card. I thought maybe dealing with the actual company to try to get a replacement for the base would be easier. NOT so much! They have not got to me and the base is on back order until May/June. sending this chair back completely.
