Badly scratched upon arrival--not the first time!

We ordered these for our wedding registry. 14 different sets of Nambe silverware and this Nambe champagne bucket arrived badly scratched from different gift purchases. We returned the scuffed knives to Bloomingdales and the new sets we received back were also badly scuffed. After speaking with Nambe's customer service, I understand that the only course of action we have is to again return these at the point of sale - Bloomingdales. These weren't minor points of damage; on the wine bucket it looked like a 1 1/2" patch on the side of the champagne bucket had been dragged across pavement. This product arrived beautifully packaged and gift wrapped and the exterior was in perfect shape, leading us to believe this company does not deliver a quality product - we will not be buying more of their goods and recommend you avoid.
