Making a contemporary statement when it goes around the table or graces a buffet, this circular cheese block of warm acacia wood features lustrous stainless-steel inset accents that offer an artistic contrast with additional functionality as the knife and spreader. The stainless-steel knife and spreader accompanying the cheese block echoes the theme with an acacia accent. Designer Neil Cohen uses acacia, a dense, durable hardwood, not only for the beauty of its finely patterned grain of varying shades but for its practicality. Being naturally resinous, acacia will not absorb stains or cheese odors. The block can be hand washed with warm soapy water. Because the knife and spreader made of 18/10 stainless steal and are rust-resistant they are considered dishwasher safe.

Nice look, but heavy

It looks terrific. I like the round shape and tucked in utensils very much. But if heavy is not good for you, keep looking, because this is heavier than it looks.

Great Cheese Board

Love this! It is elegant and very functional. The serving knives are tucked away until you use them. It goes very well with other Nambe entertaining products. This cheeseboard is also very durable and easy to clean.
