No Customer Service

I ordered these earrings for a special event; I received the wrong earrings that were not even remotely similar. I emailed customer service 3 times and they never even responded. I have been a loyal Bloomie’s customer for over 40 years. This is not the first time, but at the very least I used to get a response. The quality of service and how products are shipped has steadily gone down. Very sad.

I loved how the earrings looked but my ears started to hurt halfway thru the evening. Too heavy or the clasp? I don't know
