Great Size, but Needs a Longer Strap

I really wanted to give this 5 stars :star:️. The size is perfect for my needs, which I love. However, I do wish the shoulder strap were longer or that it included an additional adjustable strap for crossbody wear. It also feels a bit heavier compared to the original material. Overall, it’s a great bag, but those improvements would make it even better. I even called customer service maybe they sell additional straps for purchase
