neck is really hurting

This pillow medium-firm is terrible. I bought it yesterday and I hardly slept. It is so firm that it puts my neck at an angle and now I'm in terrible pain.

I’m a side sleeper. I tried so many pillows, even expensive down, but this really is the best so far. It retains its shape with just a fluff or two, and does not appear to flatten out over time. Love it!
