Last year five stars this year two stars

Last year at Christmas, I purchased a citrine ring for a Christmas gift. The ring was stunning, and the recipient was very happy. This year I purchased this bracelet and had the polar opposite experience. The maker drilled a hole through the gemstones which completely destroyed the look of the stone and the entire bracelet. Santa isn’t happy.
