Done it again

Again, I ordered these jeans in a 31 online, received them and tried them on. Humongous! Returned them in the store. The SA noticed the jeans were size 34 with a tag of size 31. This is not the first time this has happened to me at Bloomies. Now, I get to wait for my refund because they need to be sent back to web thru the mail. Someone needs to get it together. This is a hassle and an inconvenience to the customer.
