Cute and trendy, but…

Cute shape and design, but unfortunately, I don’t think my body shape is best suited for this style and it feels just a tad too trendy for my comfort. I don’t think I’ll wear it more than a handful of times, and since my main goal was to pick a pair of quality jeans I can wear over and over on the regular, I couldn’t justify keeping it. I think those who are specifically looking to have a pair of barrels or try out a barrel-type look will love this though.

Sizing is off

I really wanted to like these - I am 5'3 and 140 and I got a 29 based on other reviews and the waist was too high(even for high rise) and tight and the length was very long. Unfortunately, they don't make this style in petite sizes.

Nice wash and fit

Like the modified barrel look. The wash is perfect. But… loose threads and a flawed zipper on $300 jeans? I expect better from Mother jeans.
