I was sent the wrong style of jeans

I was sent the wrong style of jeans, so I would have given this a no star rating, but that was not possible. Was very disappointed with this order. The jeans that were sent to me had the paper tag/label of the Half Pipe Ankle, but the jeans were not cuffed and inside the jean it said The Insider Crop Step Fray.
