Low white faux fur Moon Boot

Moon Boots are good, ordered on Bloomingdale’s site, according to product details, boots fit true ti size, order your normal size. I ordered US 9-11/EU 39-41. Not sure how the sizing could be so far off, boots had 8 1/2 on the inside so my foot wouldn’t even fit inside the boot. The moon boot website recommends sizing up. Ordered the next size up from the Moon Boot site, perfect fit.
