Nice Jacket Worst Customer Service

Nice Jacket but the Customer Service is horrible! Bloomingdale shipped me the jacket that had been worn and used until the logo on the side turned gray and the zipper was broken. To make things worse when I called to try and get the exchange I was told that I have to ship the jacket back first and wait for the refund then reorder. Worst customer service ever!!!

I was forced to get an extra large due to back order of large. I’m glad I did… the coat definitely runs small. Size up.
