Cute and stylish!
Very cute but I wish they had a petite version. Sleeves are long for my 5’4” frame. I could have sized down but then it would have been very right with a thick sweater on.

Coat is beautiful, customer service not so much.
This review is not for the coat itself but sadly for the customer service. I ordered a size 2 and the jacket I received said 2 on the attached Bloomingdale’s tag, but 3 inside the coat. I had paid for two-day shipping because I needed it for an upcoming, very cold, outdoor weekend. I called customer service and they basically told me I was out of luck. So then I asked them if I got my coat back in the mail immediately that day, could they please overnight me the right size? They told me that they could not overnight me another one unless it was from a store. Again, I had to urge them to try to call a store to rectify the situation for me and they be grudgingly started calling stores that claimed to have a size 2 in stock. Not a single human would pick up the phone at any stores and I was on the phone with them for a good 45 minutes trying to accomplish this. Eventually, I gave up and ordered it overnight directly from Moncler. No problems. The coat is beautiful.

zipper issues
well, I like the warmth and style of this coat, I must say the zipper is definitely a problem. For this price point, it’s absurd to have a zipper that gets caught on the fabric almost every time. Very disappointed with that, as well as the fabric on the inside used to place the coat on the hook also has ripped, similar to the other reviewers experience.

disappointed , purchased this coat back in September 2023. for the price , I expect the zipper to smoothly zipper without getting stuck to the material. unfortunately , it gets stuck to the material more often than not. Plus the material to hang the coat on a hook reaped.
