Think I Got Two Broken Bottles

I bought this handsoap before at another store and loved it. Unfortunately when I ordered two more from Bloomingdales the soap is not the same. I think it might be a bad batch or something but the pump is very hard to use and the soap gets stuck in the straw part creating a gunky mess.
