Hair gets stuck in the spinner.

Every session, I'm needing to maintain the spinning brush. This is something that I never had to deal with often with my last vacuum. I've contact Miele to exchange for another model, so far the service has been extremely poor, nobody has gotten back to me.

Not great for long hair

Looking to make a return unfortunately, because the hair from my dogs is rather long, and it’s always wrapped around the turbo brush, and constantly a pain to remove and unwind and unclog. Vacuum has great suction power, and works very well overall , but just seems inefficient for long hair dogs due to the small canister capacity and turbo brush design . Not dissatisfied, but not the right product for my personal home cleaning needs.

Works great. Only flaw is

Works great. Only flaw is a ergonomic one. What looks like the handle on the back of the canister is actually the release lever. It takes a while to remember how to pick it up.

I just bought this last

I just bought this last month. I have 2 large dogs, long hair. Lots of mess from the dogs and the vacuum does a great job . Have not had it long enough to give it 5 stars but it's for sure better than my dyson and for sure this Miele is a 4 start
