Bad “remote” design, constant cleanup, no milk can
Not auto. Did so much research before buying. Despite what’s advertised- can only remotely turn machine on. Can’t select a drink and brew remotely (upstairs or even across the same room unless physically push “remote on” button the machin. No milk canister (xtra $99!!) w/purchase, despite including the piping. machine described as “milk perfection” and there’s no way to get milk unless u buy the xtra accessory?! The “rinse” setting happens so often between every single drink despite getting the same drink/coffee, means you constantly have to empty the water tray and refill the reservoir which is tiny. Smaller than a Keurig! The single cup “long” coffee is more like a 1/2 squirt of espresso. The only way you get a normal amount of liquid is to select “2 long coffee.” For $$$$$$$ they should include everything and it should be easy to use! Also doesn’t do any of the advertised “remote” control without one physically pressing the actual machine button, how is that remote? Not worth it. Might as well get a cheaper machine that includes manual milk foaming arm. Breville barista a lot less money and no false advertisement about features!!
Not worth the hassle.
Not worth the hassle. It takes too much work to make one cup of latte or cappuccino. The device rinses itself so many times and the water does not come out of the spout but rather it collects inside the drip tray. It’s a mess and the drip tray needs to be emptied way too frequently. It also means the water reservoir runs out of water too fast because the unit keeps rinsing. The milk frother is also terrible. I’m returning it. Sticking with my nespresso.
Easy to use coffee machine with lots of options
This is a really nice coffee machine. I like that I have many different options for my coffee. It is also nice to have a coffee or tea throughout the day. I don’t have to make a whole pot for one cup.

Is it really worth it - yes !
Restaurant standard coffee in your home. far more than I planned to pay, but how could I resist. Especially the capability of modifying the recipes at home. Superb coffee, delighted.

Truly fully automatic!
I bought it to look good on the counter but I’m finding myself becoming a coffee drinker! Cappuccino in 10 seconds! So easy to use!! Fill the water tank, pour in the beans, make your selection and voilá!! Automatically rinses itself when you turn it on and again when you turn it off.

I love this coffee machine! We've had the Jura and many other super expense machines but his one is great. Makes great coffee and is very easy to use.
