Probably wouldn’t buy again but I love Miele products

My main complaint is that the name of this model is a misnomer- it is anything but silent. It’s possibly the loudest appliance I own. The water tank is also very small for the amount of water it uses. I have to fill it constantly.

Need surge protector.

Great coffee maker. However, the instructions should say that if you have an arc protector on the circuit where you plug it in, you need to add a surge protector to the outlet. Otherwise, it blows the ground fault trigger.

Great coffee with minimal fuss

This is our second Miele coffee machine, we were always pleased with the old one and this one seems to perform just as well and quieter (which is very nice).
