The thread on the straps are coming apart and the the bottom of the purse is coming off. I will not buy another Michael Kors purse again.

Pretty bag but a little too large, heavy and stiff for me. Would make a great work tote. Ended up returning it.

I like the bag, doesn't have a strap (my mistake) very room, but don't like the color, buttercup it is too loud, thought it would a softer color.

sturdy functional chic bag!

Very sturdy and durable saffiano leather, love the feet,straps are adjustable so I am able to put over my shoulder which is a big must for me ( the medium version of this bag was not able to increase strap length so I returned it), love the pocket in front super functional and cute! cons are even though I can fit my 13 inch laptop here when I do it makes the inside of the bag a bit tight as there is no room to wiggle stuff due to sturdiness and structure of bag but I have bags that can slouch and sometimes that doesn't look good either. I can fit my lap top, wallet, umbrella, lipstick, pen, a pouch with stuff and thats all I need and it does fit it all. because the snap pocket in front has slip pockets for cards you dont need to use a wallet ( but I like to ) . Got pink and its my first pink bag- going to also get the black. You may not like the bag if you want to fit more than what I mentioned and if your computer is bigger than 13 in.
