Ripped off

I got this on sale for $120 a month before Christmas my husband wrapped it for my mother in law and didn’t check the box. We opened it the weekend of Christmas and saw there were two coasters missing. I emailed customer service the weekend of Christmas and they initially responded that they would take care of it and send us another one after we sent them the original back. Day after Christmas I get an email saying our order was reviewed and the customer service was denied. I wish I had checked the box thoroughly when we got it rather than trusted everything was in it. Will not be ordering Michael aram products from Bloomingdale’s. Will go straight to the Michael aram store next time. Did not get my problem fixed by Bloomingdale’s customer service department.

So unique!

Sent this as a gift and was so well received! As with a lot of Michael Aram items, it is beautifully crafted and so meaningful (pomegranates signifying abundance and fertility and life) and really unique. Thankful I was able to find this and send and that it was appreciated.
