    During his first trip to Delhi, Michael Aram was so captivated by the rich tradition of craftsmanship and centuries-old metalworking techniques that he set up his own studio. More than 30 years later, over 200 local Indian artisans handcraft exquisite tableware, linens, and decorative objects for the home. Inspired by the natural world and drawing on the designer’s background as a painter, a sculptor, and an art historian, the brand’s striking creations pair delicate organic details with signature metalwork.

I ordered these as an engagement gift and I’m so glad I did! The couple didn’t have a registry yet so I was not sure what to buy. But they are loved! To start, the candlesticks are perfect. Poor quality!

I bought this item and it was arrived in used and damaged condition! the quality of nickleplate on the candlestick is very very poor! I don't recommend these candlesticks if you are looking for something classy for your home.
