disaponted with Bloomingdale packaging

I have lots of MA and never recover on without its box and proper packaging. I bought it to gift and was extremely disappointed how Bloomingdale send the item. I took a picture, it was appalling.

Disappointing

Got the whole black orchid collection, Loved the design, but unfortunately very bad quality, after one month, the silver does not shine anymore!! Very unfortunate
