I used the bag once and the yellow stitching on the handle is already ripped! This is clearly a defective stitching issue. This is unacceptable and incredibly disappointing, especially given the high price point and top quality that you advertise for your products!. I’d like this to be addressed asap to make it right.

Nice size as a personal carry-on for travel. I debated between this and the large, but I think a large would have been too hard to carry. So far I'm happy with this purchase.
