Now this…is customer service!

I wanted these shoes for an event in the evening on the day I bought them, however, Saks, Neiman’s and Nordstrom didn’t have them and all said, “ship 3-5 days.” I kept looking and saw that they were available in ALL COLORS today in your South Coast Plaza store in Costa Mesa. I immediately went down there and was assisted by a young man named Eugene Kim. Eugene, sharply dressed, professional and courteous found my size quickly and got me in and out in a timely manner. Talk about convenient! I was super happy with the overall experience. Bloomingdales shows how it’s done, leaving the rest in the dust. YOU GUYS ROCK!
