One size fits all

Not true at all. I bought this for my wife. On chat, I asked the Bloomingdale's rep if it would fit as she's petite - 5'2" and 105. The reply was "Yes!" and "One size fits all" for all robes (Also not true). Of course, when received, it was twice her size. Thanks for wasting my time to inquire. Please train your reps better.
