Matouk Duvet Cover: may need sewing skills

This duvet cover is lovely and crisp with cotton; however, the very first time I attempted to use it, one of the corner strings broke off after tying it to the duvet insert. I have two other duvet covers from less luxe companies - this has never happened before. It is disheartening to have to immediately make a repair to something I assumed was good quality. Strings are not well reinforced.
